Book Review: Tudor Mugger Hugger by Mela Ellis

Thanks to the Author and the publisher Willow Pond Press, I had the privilege of reading an ARC of this Tudor Romantic adventure. It is a slow build, but worth sticking with because by gradually building the relationship between the core couple and allowing love to grow from lust we are able believe more in the voracity of their feelings.

The plot is complicated enough to keep those less concerned with eventual bodice ripping entertained and there is a authenticity to the historical setting. The sum of these parts is an engaging story whic held my interest until the rather sad epilogue (that enables another story with these characters!)

I enjoyed the book very much
